Raw food weight loss can be one of the easiest and healthiest ways to lose weight. Let’s look at why.

Weight just comes off as you switch to eating raw food. The nice part about raw food weight loss is that you don’t feel like you can’t eat as you do on so many other diets. You can eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you want, with the exception of some other health conditions that may limit your intake.

One thing you will need to limit is nuts. Nuts are a great source of the good kind of fat and protein so you should not exclude them altogether. However, if you want to lose some weight, you will need to be careful of how much you eat in the nut category of foods.

Another great thing about raw food weight loss is that it is a healthy way to do it! So many diets pose health risks as they limit your consumption of certain foods and suggest an over-intake of others. This is not healthy. But eating raw foods will build up your health as your weight goes down. You can’t beat that combination!

Raw fruits and vegetables are low calorie foods that contain a lot of nutrients, the perfect couple for gaining health and losing weight. There are all kinds of foods you can eat on a raw diet and still experience weight loss. You can indulge in delicious desserts as well as nutrient-packed salads and entrees. You do not need to feel deprived as you have many, many choices. The important thing is to find some great tasting recipes that you can easily make and enjoy eating. If you don’t like what you’re eating, you won’t stick to it very long, so it is essential to explore recipes and find some that are keepers.

Our family has eaten a raw diet for about a year and a half now, and I recently invested in some new raw food recipes books so that we can have more variety. The recipes have been a welcomed addition to our diet.
