Tsunami Warning After Indonesian Earthquake – INDONESIA has been shaken by a 7.4 magnitude earthquake, with a local tsunami warning issued in its wake. The US Geological Survey recorded the quake at 12:59pm local time, with the epicentre 214km southeast of Banda Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia and 61.4km deep.

Big Earthquake In Sumatra – AN earthquake measuring 7.7-magnitude has been recorded off northern Sumatra in Indonesia. The USGS upgraded the quake from a 7.6-magnitude to 7.8-magnitude and then revised it to a 7.7-magnitude shortly after 9.30am (AEDT).
