My new Ipod touch 3g that i got a month ago keeps having the touch screen become unresponsive. the ipod itself still works it just dosnt register when you touch it. i restored it completely and didnt install anty apps or anything on it and i didnt restore from backup and it still freezes. it only freezes randomly every so often though for a few minutes or so at a time so when i took it to the shop to replace it they didnt believe me and wouldnt replace it. what should i do?
it isnt jailbroken and they refuse to replace it cause they dont believe and they say if they examine it and theres nothing wrong with it theyll charge me $50
