Weight loss statistics in recent years have made for some grim reading. Studies by Wellness International Ltd for the USA alone show that in 1982, 4% of children were overweight. In 1994 the figure was 16%, and in 2001 up to 33%. You don’t have to be Einstein to see where the trend is going. [...]
