I am a personal trainer- I have a 24 hr cancellation policy in client contracts (clearly stated, NOT in fine print) but I’m not too tight up about it because I know things come up, however…
this client has cancelled 4 out of her last 5 appts, usually with 30 min or less notice- finally, I responded to her last cancellation with “sorry, but I’ll have to charge you for the session. I haven’t charged you for your last 3 cancellations, but frequent cancellations do create an issue since I schedule my day around client commitments. please contact me with the 24 hr policy so you dont lose your sessions”
she emailed me back that its unfair-
seriously, am I right or not & how do I deal with this disgruntled client for her last 12 sessions?
