Open Question: Windows 7 and new computer?

Hi I have just built a new computer and am trying to install windows 7 home prem. The comp specs are intel core i7 860 2.8gh quad core, gigabyte ga-p55-uds motherboard, 4g 1333mhz ddr3, seagate 1t sata 32mb cache 72k hdd, 1gig video card. I got it together fine went to install windows and keep getting error message 0×80070570 and when i restart it i get BOOTMGR file missing. Its all new any ideas how to fix this please. Open Question: A set of Desktop PC. Is this a good computer? I’m planning to buy this?

This is the specs for my small budget. I will use my stocks of 2pcs of DDR2 667

processor: Core 2 Quad 8400
Videocard: GF Palit 9800 1gb
motherboard: Asus P5QL-AM
memory: My old stock: 2pcs of DDR2667
harddisk: 500gb Seagate
optical drive: DVD writer light scribe
monitor: 22inch Samsung
