Open Question: How do i set up my port forwarding between two routers?

I am using a router with dd-wrt firmware on it. I am using the router to pull in my neighbors signal (not stealing from them, but splitting the monthly bill). anyways my worry is how do i port forward between the two routers. I have utorrent and i need to set it up to where the two routers work properly on opening the port. My routers ip is 192.168.1.5 and his is 192.168.1.1. I have my routers port open already, but how do i set it up on his?

Open Question: How do I get rid of bullet lag on call of duty moderern warfare 2?

I have researched alot of questions regarding this subject but none of them really ask thus question. When I play call of duty I always get bullet lag and it makes me so furious because I shoot then bit it doesn’t regester so they just shoot me and I die. I looked at videogame routers and modems but I just want to make sure before I start buying. So please give me some good advice on how to stop this
p.s I have verizon fios Internet but that Is on moderate Internet (not open) so maybe this is the problem? Idk give me some feedback!! Thanks
