My girlfriends roommate is moving out so I am going to get on the lease. Am I responsible to pay the roommates part of the deposit? I’ve already been staying there because she was supposed to move out then changed her mind then finally changed it again. So I can’t really wait til she breaks the lease and then sign it. We just want her gone and it done with before she changes her mind again. I can’t find anything about lease changes. I live in South Dakota if that matters.

I finally got my bank to do a loan modification with the Making Home Affordale Plan. Due to being unemployed it hasn’t done anything for me but lower my mortgage, but I still can’t afford it. Since I can’t afford the mortgage by myself I was looking to sell it if not then move out and have someone move in and have them pay it til they either bought it or I found someone else to purchase my home. Called my bank they said that’s not an option because it needs to be my primary residence, even though I could have roommates paying my mortgage I can’t have tenants paying it. To cut to the chase would it still be considered mortgage fraud if after my trial period of 3 months was over I rented it out? I guess what my real question is if I do the Making Home Affordable plan now will that prevent me from ever renting out my house?

shes a year and a half old, shes half jack russel/half pit bull. yeah i know its a weird combo. My roommate and I share a room, and she doesnt pee on my bed, just hers. She does it no matter what i do. ive tried the old training tricks, like giving praising when she goes outside, and scolding when she does it on the bed, but it doesnt seem to work. any suggestions?
