I purchased a pair of sweatpants from Joyce Leslie’s clothing store a week ago. I didn’t try them on until I got home but realized that they were too short. When I brought them back to the store to return them, the cashier looked at the tag on the pants put them back in the bag and yelled “next” without even telling me what was going on.
I didn’t leave and I asked her to explain. She said that the tag they had attached to the pants didn’t match what the pants were. She said it was a tag for a swim suit.
She brought the manager over and while I was waiting for her, the cashier I was working with and the cashier next to me kept saying to me “you know we don’t even sell these pants, you brought these from another store” even though it had their tag and I had the receipt with me in their bag.
The manager came over and accused me to switching tags (even though I only bought one item and it was still attached) and refused to let me return the pants. (Eventually they did find the exact pants but still told me that I couldn’t return them nor they did not apoligize for their rude behavior).
I asked for some sort of store credit if they could not credit me back on my credit card but they told me that they don’t have store credit/gift cards and that they would not refund me even though they could have re-sold the pants. (They were only tried on by me once).
So now I am out twenty dollars and am even more angry because of their rude and unprofessional behavior.
Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? How can I find out how to contact corporate. I couldn’t find anything from their website or research.
You guys are great, thank you!

Hi guys, I have a 4.5ft tank Malawi Cichlid tank which has a Fluval U3 internal filer which has been running for approx 4 months.
In the early hours of the morning we had a power outage and since it came back on the filter is not working. I have tried changing the fuse and also using a different power socket but to no joy! The filter is still under warranty but i cannot find the receipt so i was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and also how long can my cichlids go without filtration as i’m unsure when i can get another filter??

This is the situation:
-The Burger King I went to told me they refunded my money back onto my debit card and into my account
-It never got there
-I called corporate and filed a “case” or “complaint”
–>They said in 24 to 48 hours they would have my local burger king representative call me back
-No one ever called me
-I called back
–>I was told that my “case” was filed accordingly and the person previous to whom I had talked did not know what she was talking about when she said 24 to 48 hours
–>The operator then said that it would actually be 3 to 5 business days
-no one ever called me back
*I have my receipt
*I have my bank statements
**My money was never returned**
**How many other people have had this issue?
**Are there other cases where Burger King has not refunded the money to the costumer?
Give me a hand and tell me your experiences or what you think I should do…
