Tsunami Warning After Indonesian Earthquake – INDONESIA has been shaken by a 7.4 magnitude earthquake, with a local tsunami warning issued in its wake. The US Geological Survey recorded the quake at 12:59pm local time, with the epicentre 214km southeast of Banda Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia and 61.4km deep.

Minor Tremor Hits Adelaide – Residents of Adelaide in South Australia were woken last night by a 3.8-magnitude earthquake. The earthquake happened at 11:27pm and people living within a 50 kilometre radius of the quake reported tremors lasting for up to 15 seconds.
