Tiger Airways Has New Boss – TIGER Airways Holdings has appointed the former boss of low-cost UK carrier bmibaby as managing director of its Australian operations. Aviation veteran Crawford Rix will head up the Singapore-based airline’s Australian arm after a four-year stint as managing director at bmibaby.
