The worst of the floods are still to come for Victoria with more rain forecast for most of the state. I have done a fair amount of reviewing resumes and interviewing prospective employees. My person preference is a very consolidated resume; my thought is that the candidate can elaborate during the interview. People are telling me that my resume (for a finance position) is TOO consolidated and I should elaborate. I am interested in hearing opinions from Human Resources Professionals. Is it not refreshing to see a resume come through with just the facts?
