Victoria Resisting Health Reform – Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Victorian Premier John Brumby will hold further discussions after today failing to hammer out an agreement on a federal hospital funding takeover. The Federal Government wants to fund 60 per cent of hospital costs by taking back a third of GST revenue from the states.
