My girlfriend has a PayPal account that has been limited since a little bit before September 2009, and we have BOTH tried everything we’ve been told to get it restored, yet nothing has happened. When I click confirm location and then resolve next to it, it brings me to the Add credit card or debit card thing. We can’t really log into the email where her PayPal account was registered under because someone hacked into it and we can’t get into it, so we really can’t do anything without that email, and we can’t even change the email so what are we supposed to do? She has $20.23 in there, and can’t access it at all. We’re really unsatisfied with PayPal and how bad their customer service is and how all they do is either put you on hold for hours and hours on the phone, or send you automated emails that they never really look at. If someone could help, that would be really helpful.

Okay so to get all the details out, I just now got one of those AccountNow cards, put it on my paypal to be used as my main bank account and it’s been confirmed for a few weeks. I made a deposit into my bank account through paypal which was marked COMPLETE today, somewhere between 1-4 hours ago because I hadn’t checked it since earlier today. But it is not showing up in my Bank Account. Is this normal? I called the customer service number for my AccountNow card, but they didn’t really answer my question. She said 3-5 business days at the most to get it processed but I was always under the impression that once it said COMPLETE in paypal, that it was IN your bank account. Am I wrong and the bank account has to process it as well?

Hello everyone,
I just recently bought a phone on eBay, but apparently they were out of stock so i received a refund through my paypal, the thing is, i have linked my debit card to my paypal account, so i deal with all my money through that card.
In my account history on paypal, it says i received the refund and its marked as “completed”. I then checked to see how much money i had on my debit card and the money that was apparently refunded is currently not on my debit card.
I have about 150 dollars on my debit card currently, and i should have 300 dollars in it, because the refund was for 150 as well.
I have scoured Google and i can’t seem to find an answer, please help if you would like =]

I want to create my PAYPAL account, and I want to use my DEBIT CARD / ATM CARD. How much should the maintaining balance be when I apply? Is there any deductions on my card for transactions???
