Hello,
I have an HP HDX9000 notebook for 2years and as far as I know it was ok.
But recently it became very slow and I was giving the fault to Vista. So I upgraded to windows 7 ultimate.
But the PC is still slow. I updated all drives, cleaned registry 1000times with 5 programs, cleaned the disk drive, followed some instruction how to make win7 faster for example remove aero and click disabled some non used features.
It seems that sometimes it is ok but sometimes it is very slow.
I have to restart the PC every time it comes slow and often after restart its ok but after some time of using it it comes slow again.
What you think the problem is?

I am planning on getting a new laptop for school and I want one that can play a few of the newer games. The one I was looking at seems to be good but I wanted a few other opinions on this laptop before I buy it. Also if anyone knows of one that’s better for about the same price I would be happy to know. Thanks
