Open Question: I got banned from WoW for something I didn’t even do….. please help!?

So, to start off, I can’t even post on the forums otherwise I woudn’t be here. Anyways, I received and email from Blizzard that says

Anyways, I did NOT buy or sell any gold whatsoever. It’s dumb, now I’m banned. The only thing I can think of that may have set off their machine is starting to use the Auction House now that I am out of an old guild. Also, I sold a Primordial Saronite for two-thousand gold on the auction houes. Now I’m banned.
