Italian Mafia Busted -The italian mafia has been dealt a big blow with arrests of key mafia figures in Sydney this morning. Along with the arrests, police seized plenty of drugs, and drug manufacturing equipment. The arrests and seizures were a result of 8 months of investigation by police.

The federal government has announced it will spend $200 million over four years to boost security at Australian airports.
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said the package of measures would strengthen international and domestic aviation security against emerging threats.
