For many new mommies, losing baby weight is one of the most important things. Once baby is out, it feels like it is time to get back to the old you; the you before your baby took over! It is very normal to have put on a considerable amount of weight while pregnant and although some women successfully lose it all by breastfeeding, for most people this simply isn’t enough.

I just got a new baby corn snake less than a week ago. He just ate his first meal and is comfortable with me handling him. He lives in a ten gallon tank with two hide outs and a water dish. He likes to bury himself under his wood shavings and hide under the water dish, curled up all the way. On top of the tank are two lights. One for day and one for night that heat up the tank. The tank is located in my basement bedroom, but the temperature is normal. I try to keep the humidity up with some spray, but it never lasts. I’m very worried about his condition since I’m just a beginner. Any advice would be helpful. ^_^ Plus I was wondering if he was healthy from my description. Thank you so much!
