I've had my golden retriever ever since she was a puppy, she is now two a half years old. I've done most of the training with her on my own just in my backyard. Just the basics for right now, sit, down, stay, shake, and over(it just gets her to lay on her back which will someday be the play dead command) She is very smart and learns things quickly, but because I haven't been able to train her around other people or dogs she is not responsive to my commands around distractions like those and it makes it seem like i've done absolutely no training what so ever. I was thinking about getting her into a simple training class at petsmart to give her time to play with other dogs and have time to train around new things. Now for my questions:

How much do classes usually cost and how many do you get for that cost?

Are their specific classes for adult dogs or is their only puppy classes available?

Are their levels of training classes, like beginner, intermediate, or advanced?

Is it absolutely required that they are utd on vaccinations? She cannot have vaccinations for medical reasons :/
