She is a golden retriever with sensitive skin (it gets itchy really easily). She’s about 10, and I just started taking care of her (she was majorly neglected by my previous landlords). She STINKS after about 3 days…I have been washing her every 2 weeks, but am wondering if I can bathe her every week instead.

I have relatives in China who want me to send them a pup from US. The pup is golden retriever It is a 17 hour flight from US to china. Can the pup be sent alone? Or I have to accompany it?
Or I should forget it altogether?

I’ve had my golden retriever ever since she was a puppy, she is now two a half years old. I’ve done most of the training with her on my own just in my backyard. Just the basics for right now, sit, down, stay, shake, and over(it just gets her to lay on her back which will someday be the play dead command) She is very smart and learns things quickly, but because I haven’t been able to train her around other people or dogs she is not responsive to my commands around distractions like those and it makes it seem like i’ve done absolutely no training what so ever. I was thinking about getting her into a simple training class at petsmart to give her time to play with other dogs and have time to train around new things. Now for my questions:
How much do classes usually cost and how many do you get for that cost?
Are their specific classes for adult dogs or is their only puppy classes available?
Are their levels of training classes, like beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
Is it absolutely required that they are utd on vaccinations? She cannot have vaccinations for medical reasons :/

My golden retriever has been biting and licking her leg… the skin is tender there. We’ve tried that bitter apple and every other bitter spray… she still bites through it. We even used paper towels to wrap it then duct tape. She still bites through it. We tried pepper sauce, she still bites through it! Anyone know what can stop my dock from biting her leg? A cone around it’s head maybe???
