A friend got his first credit card in Oct 2009. In Jan 2010 he still had no credit history. So, after how many months do you start seeing you credit score in Experian, Equifax, TransUnion?

hi.
i am a member of equifax credit watch 3 in 1 monitoring.i pay 15 dollar every month.my question is that when does they uptade my credit report after one year or after every month.plz plz help me because i dont want to pay if they uptade after year.
