eBay Sued For $4.3 Billion – Internet auction site eBay is being sued for $US3.8 billion ($4.3 billion) for allegedly infringing patents held by XPRT Ventures for its payment systems. XPRT Ventures, which represents holders of the patents, sued eBay and its subsidiaries – PayPay, Bill Me Later, Shopping.com. and StubHub.
