I once read a statistic that stated that at any given time up to 44% of American are dieting. Combine that with the fact that over 2/3rds of the U.S. population is overweight or obese and you get a huge problem. We’re fat and can’t seem to do anything about it. Another major problem facing our population is stress. We are always connected via laptops, smartphones, cable TV, email, skype, etc. Working more hours, being pushed to do more work, fighting more distractions and the end result is we are stress and actually getting LESS done.

I’ve had my golden retriever ever since she was a puppy, she is now two a half years old. I’ve done most of the training with her on my own just in my backyard. Just the basics for right now, sit, down, stay, shake, and over(it just gets her to lay on her back which will someday be the play dead command) She is very smart and learns things quickly, but because I haven’t been able to train her around other people or dogs she is not responsive to my commands around distractions like those and it makes it seem like i’ve done absolutely no training what so ever. I was thinking about getting her into a simple training class at petsmart to give her time to play with other dogs and have time to train around new things. Now for my questions:
How much do classes usually cost and how many do you get for that cost?
Are their specific classes for adult dogs or is their only puppy classes available?
Are their levels of training classes, like beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
Is it absolutely required that they are utd on vaccinations? She cannot have vaccinations for medical reasons :/
