Christine Nixon Has Been Hospitalised – The departing head of Victoria’s bushfire reconstruction authority was taken to hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning with a non-life threatening illness. She is expected to undergo surgery on Monday. It’s believed Ms Nixon’s concerned husband called an ambulance when she fell ill during the night.
