This is my second Pixi in a week. I love the phone’s UI and I really wanted something basic. This phone is perfect for me except for when I download the new update my phone totally screws up. Mainly the app store stops working and I get an error message. Sprint technical support was totally stumped! Also hard reset did not fix the problem. Basically I wanna know has anyone else experienced the same problem, and would the Curve 8530 be a good alternative choice?
