We need to buy a home but our credit is just to low. We can not seem to get a credit card to help raise our credit even though we have 100% credit available on our credit report. And we don’t have any past due credit cards or loans on our report. The only thing hurting us is hospital bills right now and they are not willing to work out payments with us. Can anyone suggest anything that will help us raise our credit score quickly so that we can be qualified for a home loan? We are not wanting to take out a big loan or even get a big house, we just want something with a extra bedroom. We found a house for $26,000 which would be very easy for us to pay off but we need to get our credit up high enough to get the loan. Can anyone help??

Hi okay please read this all! Thank you
I want to go to FIDM (Fashion institute of design and merchandising) but I want more than an A.A. because you get a better job if you have a bachelors…… It takes 50K to get an A.A. at Fidm…. If i did that and bachelor it would be around 75k! That’s ALOT!
So I want to take the first half of my A.A. at a community college and then transfer to FIDM for the second half (because you HAVE to have a degree FROM FIDM to get a bachelor there)……. Than i would get both my degrees for the price of one (50K) for a A.A and a bachelor…..
So is it possible to do half my credits at los angeles trade tech and transfer for my second year? The only thing I’m confused about is that an A.A. at LATTC is 45 credits and at FIDM it’s 90, how would that work out to transfer when I’m halfway done with my A.A. when it takes 4 semesters at LATTC and 2 at FIDM to be halfway done.
I’m so confused.. please forgive me! Basically I want to transfer to fidm so I can offically get my A.A. from them and be eligable for my bachelors from FIDM….. Thank you! and sorry again!
