I’ve recently come into a large sum of money. I don’t know a whole lot about investing with the stock market or anything like that. I’d like to purchase an established business instead. The business I’d like to purchase is listed for sale at $2,000,000. It averages $10,000,000 in yearly revenue with a $550,000 cash flow after paying employees and all expenses. My question is… I’m going to have to finance some of the business. If I wanted to borrow $2,000,000 to purchase this business how much money would I have to have down?
