Operation Top Kill Fails To Contain Oil – Growing despair surrounds efforts to contain the Gulf of Mexico oil spill with US President Barack Obama warning that a new plan to cap the well was ”not without risk”. The President’s warning came after the so-called ”top kill” procedure ended in failure at the weekend.
