I am a 1st time owner with guinea pigs. I am between the ages of 9-14 and am very very responsible. I want to get 2 guinea pigs. I often wash dishes and wash my belongings once a month and will do that with my 2 babies (the pigs). problem is, i have a sister between the ages of 6-8 named Emma who has to have everything like me. if she doesn’t she throws a fit. so she’ll hve to get 2 guinea pigs too. (trust me, i tried to tell her how about we get 1 each and we house em together and she SCREAMED at me) So anyways, my sister will care for them and all, but keep in mind shes still a little kid, and there is this huge 8 year old boy we babysit every day who will be handling hers too so they may be a little to roughed around with. i can assure you i wont let anyone but a gentle person hold mine!!! but anyway, i will probably be taking care of the pigs most of the time, like feeding it, bathing it, watering it, playing with it. so it will technically be mine even though its hers cuz im caring for it. i have researched guinea pigs quite a lot and know plenty about them. so do you think that 4 guinea pigs is too much for a first time guinea pig owner of 9-14 that is very mature? also we’ll be gettin a puppy soon so that’ll just add on to my chores. so please help me!!! thank you so much, best answer is awarded ten points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! experience would be great too for any of yall! thx again!!!!!!
