I have integrated graphics (Intel Graphics Media Accelerator) and I’m currently using Windows 7. I downloaded some software for screen capture but when I try to record a video it just shows a black screen. I researched a bit and apparently I have to disable hardware acceleration, but when I go to Display Settings – Advanced – Troubleshoot, the “Change settings” button is disabled. And when I look for the option in the drivers’ own control panel, I can’t find it. Does anyone know how to turn off hardware acceleration when using these chipsets?
