Former teen idol Leif Garrett was was arrested Monday morning in Los Angeles for possession of a controlled substance, reports TMZ . Garrett, 48, who was arrested in 2006 for heroin and Quaalude possession and whose drug problems date back to the 1990s, was released this morning. He has a Feb. 24 court date.
