Lara Bingle Sues Brendan Fevola – Model Lara Bingle will take legal action against controversial footballer Brendan Fevola after a nude photo of her was made public.
The picture, which was allegedly taken several years ago by Fevola while the pair were involved in a secret affair, was published in Woman’s Day yesterday.
The image shows Bingle in a shower trying to cover herself with her right hand.
Bingle’s manager, Max Markson, said last night that the bikini model had met with lawyers yesterday and would sue Fevola.
“Lara Bingle is taking legal action against Brendan Fevola for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image,” he said.
The legal move by Bingle confirmed that it was her in the explicit image.
The photo is known to have been circulating in football circles for a couple of years and has surfaced just days after the model was involved in a embarrassing public spat with her cricket star fiance, Michael Clarke, at the SCG.
