Is breast binding permanent? and what are the consequences?

When i was in 4th grade, i started to bud. I hated that my breasts where growing so i would layer myself with bras. My mom figured out until the 5th grade. She told me to stop because i would regret it. My mom is a 38 B, and I am now a 36 B. I think that my breasts are almost done growing, since it deals with heredity and family history, right? B cup sized breasts aren’t a bother to me, but I just want to know if it would cause some complications with breastfeeding or something.
