Open Question: MapleStory error code -2005530585 (Unknown error 0×88760827)?

I have went threw lots of trouble trying to download maplestory. I finally installed the game. However when i click on it. The screen goes crazy and after that it says error code 2005530585 (Unknown error 0×88760827) what happened? I hope I dont have to download it again. please answer! I really need help!
